This episode is such an amazing example of what a session with a good therapist is like. So much so in fact that I'll be recommending it to people who don't know what to expect from therapy or people who have had experiences with therapists that were a poor fit (or just downright terrible full stop) so they can understand the problem was the therapist and not therapy itself. I've had boat loads of therapy in my life and this episode was so familiar I felt like I was sitting in a session myself.Bravo. Sincerely. This was so well done.
